Your Solo Dashboard
After logging in, you land on your personal dashboard. This shows your current plans, recent check-ins, and progress overview. The sidebar navigation on the left takes you to all sections.
Setting Your Goals
During onboarding, you set your primary goal (fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance, or recomp). This helps the AI tailor recommendations. You can update your goal anytime in Settings.
Navigation
Use the left sidebar to navigate: Dashboard, Workouts, Meals, Check-ins, Calendar, Documents, and Settings. On mobile, tap the menu icon to access navigation.
